It's become increasingly apparent that China is NO longer helping them. North Korea is a mess and no one, including China, cares anymore. China wants to be an economic world power and NK is a thorn in their side. Good.

On the down side, Iran is building reliable short and medium range missle systems, with some help from NK. While "Dear Leader" can't get his rockets off (har!), Iran is building missle systems that will work, not to mention nuclear warhead capabilities.

Apparently items which can be used for missile spare parts are blocked at the border. Smuggling cannot secure enough of them. Only Iran can help, but they are far away.
