A stand up Marine like Judge Carter knuckling under to Obama's henchmen????? What does that say about him?

Sounds like another Murtha marine...

Meaning that the Constitution is now only for politicians?

The Supreme Court has refused to hear many of the most significant issues in our history, such as the constitutionality of the Vietnam War. The more important an issue is, the more the Courts tend to leave it to the elected branches of government.

It won’t matter if she is $20K poorer, or $200K poorer, or if she has a law license or not. When the sh*t finally hits the fan on your boy, and it will, she will be vindicated.

Press release? It’s been a known fact for years.

I think this is why Obama is in such a hurry to lay into place as much Marxist restructuring and funding as he can without regard to political consequences to the Democrat Party. He knows he has just part of one term to git ‘er done.” He knows conservatives will be after him if he tries to run again.

The dems are acting stupidly to cooperate with him as he wrecks their party with radical actions. He belonged to a socialist party before he ran for the Senate so obviously he has no love nor loyality for the jack asses.

I find it odd that the Judge, on page 6, quotes the oath of enlistment, when discussing the status of a military officer, rather than the officer's oath. Considering that the Judge was an officer himself, and could be expected to know that the oaths are different, and that the officers oath is the same as other federal “officers” from the Vice President on down.

“She will be vindicated at the end.”

Vindicated how? The John Birch lecture circuit?

She’s probably on the fast track to being disbarred as we speak.

I would want the judge or someone to show proof of the allegations. I pretty much ignore the naysayers on FR, they are a distraction..there is still the question as to who can get the truth out, and not obama’s truths squads. I have pretty much decided that atty’s who would take the case, the ones who have litigated in fed court before are too afraid. They probably think it would be political or career suicide. We need a gutsy atty and politician to take this running.

“Since he doesn't level any sanctions at Taitz, my guess is he's looking at other, perhaps more serious, forms of discipline.”

I've no doubt there will be claims made here that it's just politically motivated persecution.

Vindicated when the boy marxist is finally exposed as the fraud that he is.

Orly is innocent until proven guilty of any charge of perjury. But if it is true that more than one have said she coached them to lie, she’s probably going to be investigated for a crime.

Not entirely surprising. It takes a lot of guts to confront the system. This judge was a former Marine, but then so was John Murtha.

It seems to me that Orly had a reasonable request: that Obama should end the legitimate doubts that he is not constitutionally qualified to be President, and that he perpetrated a criminal fraud on the voters of this country, with the help of Nancy Pelosi, the DNC, and the congress.

Are these suspicions false? Then why is Obama hiding ALL his records? Why did his passport information vanish from State Department files, and why was one of the people he arranged to do it shot and killed in DC last years? Why have even his kindergarten records vanished?

As for that forged COLB posted on-line, we don’t know where it came from or who obtained it. Obama has NEVER personally said that it was real, because he wants deniability.

Hopefully the Rinos won’t be running the Senate and House if Obama decides to run again. Hopefully, the next batch of elected leaders cares a tad more about the constitution than did the current batch of traitors.

Still nothing on Orly Taitz' site, nor on Alan Keyes blog, and he posted at 2:16 PM Today, October 29th, without mentioning the case.

'I've no doubt there will be claims made here that it's just politically motivated persecution."

Actually, for that very reason, it may be likely that she won't face any criminal inquiry. After all, what USA is going to want to turn her into a martyr? But, it's a forgone conclusion that when the bench addresses, at such length, the unethical conduct of plaintiff's attorney, you can make bank that he's going to be referring this matter to the state bar.
