The amazing thing here, the McCain campaign people, and these 2 guys who wrote this book, Scott Conroy and Shushannah Walshe, still don't get it.
McCain lost not only because of the financial metldown in the middle of September 2008, he lost because he behaved erratically after the financial meltdown,and most important of all, he voted for the bailout, which most American were adamantly opposed to. Once McCain had voted for the bailouts, that was it. Nothing was going to save him.
Anyways, I am not gonna go put money in the pockets of 2 CBS reporters by buying their book. We will get the real story from Sarah Plain’s book.
