i think it probably is, actually. i only know bc my daughter away at college sent it to me, she thought it was hilarious.
My polling place (heavily Republican) was mobbed. The turnout is equal to Presidential turnout from what I see.

The only thing a potential college that is not somehow in his network could see would be his picture, so as long as that’s good, he’s fine.
Employers snooping facebooks is a greatly exaggerated problem because in most cases, they can’t see anything, just your picture.
So, nothing bad on the profile photo!
