Obama is dithering I think because he's trying to see how he can exploit the situation for his own political expedience, while at the same time, creating a way to take credit for something he has no direct part in.
Or Hussein is a muslim and he wants islam to rule the planet. I'm inclined to believe the latter..
He’s a member of a lot of things: CFR, Freemasonry, and probaly Skull & Bones. Obama, like most politicians, is a conspiracy theorists wet dream.
