Those are from the NYTimes website. I know they are behind. But they are easier to get since the local paper website is very slow.
Very true.. according to the Dems Hoffman lost in a landslide,,lol.
Tonight ME and WA state are voting on gay marriage. ME is going the right way in a squeaker while it looks like WA will also do the right thing by the bigger margin.
WA state’s eastern region is pretty conservative. It is western Idaho. ;-)
“IMHO the big races were in VA and NJ not in this district, but that is just me. NJ is just AWESOME! They elected two conservative Governors tonight.
No, its not just you.......Woo hoo!
Several tweets have reported that NBC has called it for Owens.
But I don’t think it’s confirmed.
Here’s hoping Gov-elect Christie cleans up some of the corruption in NJ during his term.
If those numbers are true, then this is a race.
If you are an brain dead idiot on another planet, you should NOT be voting in elections and determining the future of this country IMHO.
Lots of those people in the street interviewed by Jay Leno (airheads) would be disqualified voters, as a result you might not have people like Obama winning elections in the USA anymore.
Liberal Pubbies.
They won’t vote for the Dem and they can’t vote for the Conservative
N.Y. District 23
N.Y. District 23 Candidate Party Votes Pct.
Bill Owens Dem. 54,736 49.0%
Doug Hoffman Con. 51,001 45.6
Dede Scozzafava Rep. 6,061 5.4
calm down buddy. Hoffman wasn’t a clear favorite but he had a united, strong support from CONSERVATIVES that reside in the 23rd that gave his a good chance of winning.
It’s obvious looking at some of this district’s history that the moderate and conservative GOP factions were able to live in harmony with the prior GOP Congressmen. However, the chain of events of the last week appears to have po’ed the moderate GOP voters into trying to screw the conservatives by voting for Democrat. Wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened, won’t be the last.
This district appears to be RINO country, similar to the rest of New England GOP strongholds.
Not closing fast enough. In theory it’s winnable. As a practical matter, probably won’t happen.
“Acorn Seiu even GOP could be involved.”
Don’t have to be so conspiratorial...
Remember something. This didn’t come together for Hoffman until about 3 weeks ago, and the Entire GOP GOTV effort was set up for ScuzzyFuzzy.
It’s not easy to turn that around not only for a different candidate, but a different PARTY in just the five short days they had before the ACORN wench pulled out.
FACE IT FOLKS. Scuzzy screwed us, AND GOOD.
I look forward to the announcement of her State/Federal appointment in the coming weeks.
Who knows? It’s not over til it’s over.....
We could wake up tomorrow with Hoffman as the winner.
(in 1994 Republican Revolution my local Dem mouthpiece TV station kept guaranteeing the Dem had won for Congress in my District only to wake up the next morning to find out they were wrong!!! The Repub defeated LONG TIME Dem in that office! But that was in NC before they gerrymandered my district so it will never be Rep by a Repub again due to minority overload in the district...)
If Hoffman had the GOP nomination from the start, he would be winning handily.

How many of Scuzzy’s votes are on the WFP ticket??
Steele has been a RINO all along.
