The shootings took place here in Texas as 1:30--Obama didn't get told anything for AN HOUR?!?! A freakin' hour?!?! I'm not so sure I'm too worried about that part of it. The President doesn't get instantly briefed on every shooting incident that happens everywhere around the country. That it took that first hour to put it together that this was turning out to be something big... doesn't really surprise me too much.
