Candidate Obama echoed this same talking point. Told veterans about his uncle who lived in an attic with PDS his whole life. And then talked of how he liberated Aschwitz (with the Soviet Red Army?!!).

Easy on Steve Centanni. First, his supposition was within reason when the early reports indicated a single shooter on base. Second, Centanni knows something about post traumatic stress. He was kidnapped by armed Palestinian gunmen and held captive for a week while on assignment in Gaza in 2006.
