At this moment, Democratic sources say their internal head counts have them breaking through the 218 mark this afternoon. Whether that will mean that more Democrats will come on board, or that Pelosi is going to cut other members lose, is still unclear. But Dems are confident they have won.

I hadn't thought of it that way. I always figured they were just short-sighted. Maybe not.
They really won't like the result. But then it'll be too late (for them).
Not trying to say this bill passing the house is not bad news, but let’s be honest, this is FAR from being over. The senate hasn’t acted, and may not before the year is out. Even if the senate acts, it’s bill will be quite different from the house bill. After the senate finally does something (and there’s no guarantee they will even pass a bill), it will have to go to conference, where the two will be reconciled. After that, they go back to the house and senate for fresh votes in each chamber. THAT will be the vote to really watch.....but we’re a long ways away from that.
As they say, sometimes choices have unforeseen consequences. My non-political husband is rather furious. They have woken up a big chunk of what was once called the Silent Majority. Woe be unto them if the angry get the leadership to do what the angry are capable of.

I decided recently that I will only donate to Christ-centered ministries. Nothing else.
I wonder what portion of the voting public realizes that the AMA is utterly irrelevant to the over whelming majority of MDs in the country.
Some of the do....but most of them are just too stupid or corrupt to know the difference.
I used to hope it would never get to that point, but now it appears to be unavoidable. As you say, people are being provoked as never before. There will be a backlash.
My thoughts exactly. I've thought much the same about Zero's entire agenda, for a long time now.
Whatever these traitors do, can be undone by the citizens of this great country.

I still say it may be time to openly revolt. We need to take this country back, and there are too many stupid people out there voting these monsters into office.
