The Judge was asked this by the Friends and he said only if the military hands him over to Texas and only if they can prove it was premeditated.Well, yesterday I heard on the news that Texas will not be trying him, even if it was premeditated. Since he committed this on federal property, his trial will be a federal, not a state trial. Texans would surely give him the needle.
