Something smells about this not from Mr. Manning, but the guys who represented themselves as CIA members from Homeland Security.Agreed. Why wasn't it the ATF or FBI? Wouldn't using the CIA be a little rouge? What would they have to do with any of this?
I hope the police officers asked them for ID (but if it were fake the officers probably wouldn't have known anyway).
In my opinion, what they did to this man was a heck of a lot worse than what he said about the glorious leader. It's like this country has turned into Stalins Russia overnight. In Stalin's Russia, the Communist Party was supreme. All criticism and opposition was eliminated. The people were expected to be totally loyal.

Most likely it was the F.B.I or Secret Service.
The thing is ? if they were going to arrest him, wouldn't they have already done so ? or are they collecting evidence ?

Why would Homeland Security be involved in this ? that is the job of the secret service.
