O's China kowtow: Punting on security, trade
NY Post ^ | November 19, 2009 | Peter Brookes

If you were troubled by President Obama's "Wow Bow" in Japan, you won't be any happier with the "kowtow" during his just-concluded trip to the People's Republic of China.

In the latest chapter of Team Obama's at-best-mediocre, teetering-on-the-disastrous foreign policy, the president and a slew of Cabinet secretaries roared into Asia like lions, promising a new era in US diplomacy in the region. But they're leaving like pussycats -- accomplishing, well, a whole lot of nothing so far.

So much for our "first Pacific president," as Obama anointed himself at the start of the eight-day, four-country swing through Asia last week.

Obama's bow and bend-over appeasement foreign policy is being well recorded by the rest of the world. He is an embarrassment to minorities of all persuasion. He thinks he is so grande - mui importante- to be in charge of apologizing for the rest of us 24/7. He doesn't speak for anybody but his lonesome self.

Too bad his mother raised a wimp instead of a man.

That “Wow Bow” was the result of an earlier press conference when the Atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were brought up.

Obama waltzed around the answer because as he and most lefties believe America committed attrocites by using it. One way to signal his feelings was that deep bow.

But its being kept like a dirty little secret, the WHHC (white house hooker corps) know it, the Japanese people know it, and the speculation would end if only someone from the media would directly as the question. Was that an apology because you felt it was un-necessary for US to use the atomic bomb in WWII ?

He is replicating an African King come to America in old old comic books. Except he has real power domestically even as it evanesces internationally.

the administration keeps floundering on foreign policy

Does this not describe every Democrat administration going back to before Woodrow Wilson?

That freaky upbringing has never been given enough consideration. To me it explains just about everything about him but it got almost no play before the election and is still being ignored by nearly everybody except dedicated conservatives.

Obama also getting bashed mightly in Japan tonight in the local press here in Japanese in opinion pieces to the tune that not only was his Asian trip not a success, he reinforced the image personally and politically of him that he is weak and easily manipulated.

It would be nice if every news outlet said that same thing - the Obama is a weak, effeminate, puppet. We are under a news blackout by way of the main stream media who report nothing derogatory or true about their dear leader.

Take heart. We will just go around them, like the Russians, the East Germans, the Poles, the Czechs, the Hungarians did, to great success.
