“I am a student of all religions, including Islam, and I have read the Koran several times. I find that the Prophet is a man of peace,” said Jethmalani, adding that it nowhere preaches hate and violence.

“But the decline of Islam started in the 17th century when a person named Wahab propagated hate and violence against all non-Muslims by mis-interpreting one shora (verse) of the Koran,” said Jethmalani.

Obviously, Jethalani has no handle on Islams history of violence and aggressive violent expansion. It goes straight to mohammed back at the 7th century.

How else did they conquer all of the lands around the mediteraenean? It was the devil and his minion Jihadists, every last one of them.

Wahhab was a revivalist. His goal, quite successful in the long run, was to bring about a revival of original Islam, complete with its tradition of jihad against the infidel and the apostate.
