This link may not satisfy, but with a very short search on google I found this. Hardly definitive, but there does seem to be evidence that news reports on Obama cited a Kenyan birth, and it seems that the Obama campaign took no steps to correct that assertion.

The Sunday Standard page is the only thing that I have seen.
Remember the number of fake BCs that were touted.
I think some of those were planted by the Obots to embarrass the birthers.
I think even WND is giving up on finding the truth.

I lurk around on the stupid Topix forums.
They have a number of BC threads. The largest one now has
over 67,000 post, consisting of a bunch of children, fools, and morons trading “did to, did nots”.
