"My intention is to continue full steam ahead. Damn the RINOs and naysayers!"

You know I'm with you about the RINO's, right? We have our history, but we are both Constitutionalists first.

I hope you also know how much I respect and admire the TEA Party folks (been there...done that...as you well know). However, their efforts are NOT working. So what is the alternative, Jim?

I say STATE NULLIFICATION!. It is our last best hope. I'm not suggesting succession, I'm suggesting that the States just simply tell the Fedgov to shove their mandates and stand by.

Yes, the Fedgov could threaten to withhold Fed dollars, but it that were to occur, then any affected State could simply withhold their tax dollars to DC.

What would DC do? I say nothing. What? Send in the military to Montana to collect tax receipts? Can't see it happening. Politicians have a survival instinct.

Jim, you have a real opportunity here. A movement is building for States' Rights and Free Republic could be a leader for such. While I admire street efforts, those days are long past. DC just doesn't care nor listen.

It's time to either take our Constitutional grievances to the USSC through lawsuits or support any State that will protect their sovereignty. Since lawsuits take so much time and the outcome is uncertain, I firmly believe our only way out of this marxist mess in through STATES' RIGHTS. NULLIFICATION!

What say you? YOU have great power. YOU have the ability to make a difference via your forum.

Best
