I think the private airport funding is a way to directly pay people that give them money payback the corporations and individuals that own private air craft. It is a damn shame that joe blow on the street has to fund and subsidize a building to park some millionaires private plane. But it happens every damn day in this country.

Millionaires would not go to the terminal in their private jets. They would go to Saker Aviation, the Fixed Base Operator at the airport. The terminal is for scheduled air carrier aircraft.
