Every time I think Chris Matthews can’t dig a hole any deeper, he just keeps digging. Matthews doing his instant analysis right after the speech is downright verklempt about the reception the President got at West Point. No cheering, no gushing, very quiet. Why nothing like the campaign. Why, do those cadets know who was addressing them? Too much for Chris who takes those young cadets to task.

Anybody who believes that the majority of the people Obama surrounds himself don’t think of the military as “the enemy” hasn’t been paying attention.
Correct. West Point is universally pro-America, which makes it "the enemy camp" to those who support anti-American terrorists or any other terrorists. For both Matthews and Obama, West Point is the enemy camp.
All left wingers are all the same, totally anti human and anti-American.
No better way to describe the differences between the two prevailing political ideologies - self-sacrificing and morally idealistic guardians of American heritage on one side and Obama on the other.
In the same clip, Matthews refers to West Pointers as “rabble.”
Those cadets aren’t stupid. They know whose side Obama is on. And it isn’t on the side of America.
For anyone who despises those things...the academies should indeed be considered an "enemy" camp...enemy to those who hate and want to destroy America and its foundational principles.
So did President Clinton’s people and many of President Carter’s. Compared to Mr. Obama, though, both of them are super-patriotic jingoists! LOL
Not until Nov. of next year, when Dem's lose control of Congress.

One can hardly blame the West Point leadership. The academy commanders did their best to ensure that Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama's speech would be well-received. Just minutes before the president took the stage inside Eisenhower Hall, the gathered cadets were asked to respond "enthusiastically" to the speech.
