Why not? Our governor, Fast-Eddy Rendell, held Penn State's funding hostage during the recent budget impasse. If he can do it, it's just possible that the legislature might go-slow on them.
If the state legislature wanted to halt funding for Penn State right now because of this climate professor, how would they go about doing it? Can they even do anything about it right now or would they have to wait for the next budget bill? And do you think they have enough votes to make it veto proof?
