This is not Rasmussen, but the average of several pollsters, including Rasmussen, Gallup, etc. And while Rasmussen surveys Likely Voters, others such as Gallup poll all eligible voters (even when, e.g., there will be less minority participation in the 2010 election.)
With the possible exception of 1 or 2 days in July or August, this is the 1st time Obama's disapproval number exceeded his approval number. And unlike earlier, this is no fluke. Just look at the chart, to see that today's result is a strait-line continuation of the approval and disapproval trends, which started to accelerate a couple weeks ago.
To recover America, we must defeat Collectivist Hope 'n' Change. Looks like that's starting to happen.
