Interesting little tid bit here. Most don’t know what the cadets do to each other prior to the game. Be it Army, Navy or Air Force. There’s a contest that goes on every year to get to the other contestant mentally. I attended a Navy/Air Force game years ago at the Air Force Academy. Naturally, I sat on the Navy’s side. In the stands on the other side of the field, the Air Force had their bleachers painted with “Air Force”. Somehow, and they don’t know how, the Navy cadets got onto the field and painted “Navy” over the Air Force painting. Then, the Navy cadets got into the Admin building of the Air Force Academy and stole a trophy, from a glass case, that was right in front of the Commanding Officers office.....they don’t know how they did that either. The trophy was returned to the glass case later but they don’t know how it got put back.
I often wonder what kinds of other things go on at the other Academys. All these cadets are challenged and can accomplish things that we would never think of.

In my time it was a bus ride at O-dark thirty on game day.
I always look forward to the Army-Navy game. It has not for many years been for the National Championship, and they are not the two most talented teams taking the field on any given Saturday. But both teams play as if it were their last day on Earth, and you can be sure that nobody is kissing the players’ a*ses to get them through school.
I’ve always wanted to go to one in person but thought it would be too much of a hassle, since the President is always there and all.
The Navy will beat Army like a rented mule.
Beat the little girly men from West Point.
Regardless of the rankings, THE college football game of the year.
