Please cut that Discover card into pieces and throw it away. They have recently raised rates on old cards. Walmart is bad about the cash back when you didn’t even ask for it.

They have never let me have more than $20 over. Never.
Good advice I don’t ever carry a balance I only use my card enough that I pay it in full because I earn cash back and it is convenient for gas.
