I don’t necessarily think all insurgents are in the wrong, but any that target innocents certainly are.
The IRA are cowards. They always hit soft targets with the occasional exception of RUC facilities and individual British troops. Scum, scum and scum. That about sums up the (Libyan trained) IRA.

They use the poorer not so educated folk to get backing and make them think they are some kind of an army.
