Just deport the goat fornicators after their incarceration is ended.
I don't even want them in contact with the general prison population teaching their newly converted "Muslim brothers" how to kill Americans and blow stuff up.
Solitary confinement would be fine. Better yet, they are already under-sentenced...how about turning them over to a military tribunal for a proper sentencing and execution?
