You don't know the power of enforcing the Data Quality Act. The CPA who signs the checks for agency expenditures MUST certify that the DQA requirements have been satisfied. If a serious question re the science justifying the expense exists, he MAY NOT sign the check until the question has been resolved or his CPA license is in serious jeopardy.
