I think a C130 could deliver it and I think Israel has them.
Israel has C-130s, and has the payload capacity, but do you really think that a 55 year-old, 350 mph prop plane could succeed in that mission?
I highly doubt it. There’s more to delivering a bomb than just dumping it out of a plane, especially delivering it with the accuracy and velocity required of a bunker buster. The C-130 simply isn’t designed for it.
Yes, there are some large bombs designed to be delivered by C-130, such as the Daisy Cutter and the MOAB, but those aren’t penetrators.
