Independent judiciary? Don’t make me laugh. We’ve seen time and time again that the courts (including SCOTUS) are in Hussein’s pocket; every case challenging the Kenyan’s eligibility has been ignored or squashed before even considering the merits of this most important issue.

I know there are a lot of Texans who don’t like Gov Perry, but he has been quite opposed to the fed’s takeovers.

Harry Reid said this is a “Victory for the American people”.. Which American people is he referring to, the meager 35% who are FOR this Bill? WTF? When the Government rules in favor of the minority opinion at the expense of the majority opinion, I do believe we’re SCREWED. Obama, Reid and Pelosi.. All a bunch of Marxist A-holes, empowering the have-nots to conquer the so-called “haves”.. Makes for easy tranformation to a slave nation. I am NOT wishing anyone who voted for this Bill a Merry you-know-what because frankly, for them to do this on Christmas Eve was downright blasphemous, let alone insulting to WE the majority who DON’T WANT this Bill.

Axtually, they WOULD have won with just 50 votes, since “Slow Joe” Biden would then vote FOR it, to break the tie!
I wonder if we could have a SPECIAL RUN of American flags printed up, where everything red and blue is replaced by BLACK? Just a white and black flag, for the Free Resistance?
