It looks like she grabbed the midsection or bottom of his garment and pulled him over. I am guessing she must have wrecked havoc on the cardinal while she was knocked to the floor.

You don’t see too many women that are so athletic and strong.

Theres strong and "crazy strong" ,I.E. when the mentally ill and delusional get a head of steam up they can be unnaturally strong. If she was in a delusional rage she could've been quite a handful.
