Since he was a member of the organization that has declared war on the United States and was in civilian clothes and tried to attack civilians (which is a direct violation of international military law) he should be turned over to the military as LBJ did with the Nazi who came here for the same actions? They were killed within weeks of their capture by military trials. But since this administration says we are not at war with anyone must he be able to get his lawyer and his time out of jail.
