The moment you become a parent, the government takes a hostage. You may never find out the hard way, but it is true. There is nothing the government, particularly in the form of a black robe, cannot do to you, your family, and your child. There is nothing it MAY not do. Your constitutional rights are waivable when you are a parent. You have no protection, no inalienable rights. The child protective services have the power to enter your home, remove your children, remove YOU if they wish. The judges can make the removal permanent.
There but for fortune, as the saying goes. It could happen to anyone.
I'm certainly not defending the flawed abomination that (in some jurisdictions) has become America's domestic and family system. But, in the interest of fairness, the court does have a difficult mission - it must decide contentious issues while weighing the rights of mother, father and child - and hopefully, it will find accommodation that is ultimately in the best interest of the child.
In America, we have an adversarial legal system. I wouldn't have it any other way. Unfortunate, when two adversaries do battle, one usually loses. As long as due process is adhered to, that is really all that a civil society can ask for.
This is perhaps the most overlooked abrogation of natural, God-given rights infecting this country right now - no less odious than the gun grabbing, vote stealing, and speech squelching practiced by Democrats. Yet another good reason for an all-out civil war and destruction of the liberal, PC bureaucracy in power.
Only a fool would deliberately bring a child into this country. This nation hasn’t been free in over 60 years.
I know that many Freepers here think that we should keep producing children so they can grow up to fight the socialists and the muslims. It’s too late for that. They will be destroyed long before they come of age. There is absolutely no hope for this nation’s youth. It will be easier on everyone if they accept the reality sooner rather than later.
We must detach ourselves from all the joys of this world while preparing for bloody battle and early death.
