Yes, every dog owner I know (and I know a lot) uses these bags extensively. I cannot understand how San Francisco outlawed them. SF is supposed to be so pet friendly and such. People in SF now have to buy these bags. I have friends who live there and they always ask me to bring them bags when I go there. These bags are incredibly useful.
