The Senate will also vote on S-1036, sponsored by Senators Ronald L. Rice, D-Essex, Sandra Bolden Cunningham, D-Hudson and Teresa Ruiz, D-Essex, which would allow certain undocumented immigrants to qualify for in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities."

After today’s vote, the next big fight will be the one in the court room of the homosexual judge in California, who has signaled that he is going to overturn Prop 8.

Never thought I'd have to send a NJ ping because of the homo agenda.

These sodomite perverts have basically said that you will accept their behavior choices, whether you like it or not.

If you don't you have your child removed (See the Lisa Miller case) or you will be hauled into court and fined, (Read about the Elaine Huguenin case.

Just one time, there’s a lot to be said for the Islamic procedure for these perverts.

Let them marry, place them in front of a brick wall, then bulldoze it from the rear.

Problems solved, opportunities gained!

I, too, have about had it with these sick freaks.

This won’t pass. They have no choice but to put it up for a vote because it would get vetoed by Christie, but there’s enough opposition thet it will fail, even now.

Heard on FoxNews this a.m., Gov-elect Christie will veto the bill once he comes to office, even if it does pass.

Looks like New Jersey is going to finally catch-up with Texas which has granted in-state tuition for illegal aliens for at least eight years.

Not meaning to offend,
Why does New Jersey continue to vote for such very bad representation?
High Taxes, High Crime, poor school scores, etc.
Why?

many of us are.

they ramming this on ton the folks of NJ because they know this is their last chance.

so what is the recourse now, , it takes a long time to get a constitutional amendment.
Could christie overturn it?
Is there anyway this could go to the courts until Christie gets in?

I have a feeling this will pass with the reps being paid off like they were in MA.

Is there any way to stop this.

why the hell is it that homo’s ans sickos say they want marriage and yet thye don’t go to a state which gives them that like MA?

For anyone who even says so what they want to be left alne crap the marriage is just the beginning, once they get that they get adoption, teaching in schools, getting fired if you don’t recognise this sham etc.

Put a ban on this now and why did the NJ ovters as other states not get a constitutional amendment before now?>

They must have known this wiuld happen and this is a wake up call right now to all states which have not got this to a vote.

get it to a vote and have it ion your consitution
