Replace Steele with Dede Scozzafava in that sentence, and you have exactly the kind of man Newt Gingrich is. A man with no principles whatsoever, who would say anything so he can get paid to appear on MSM TV outlets. Hey, Newt, I am black and still don't want Michael Steele as RNC Chairman. He is just not the right man for the job, at this crucial time in the nation's history when everything must be done to bring down the unholy trinity of 0bama/Pelosi/Reid. Newt continues to be a disappoint to those that at one time thought much more of him.

It seems to have all started with his trip to the couch with Pelosi.

Most folks eventually find themselves having to realize that they have become a “has been”..... and that it’s time to move on.

Newt, please buy a clue. There are no more "old time Republicans". We figured out a while back that the Republican Party in no way resembles anything "Republican". We left, registered Independent, and now are the biggest voting block. Steele had nothing to do with that. He is just a symptom of the problem.

The only thing I get nervous about is that Republican insiders are all too stupid and full of themselves to ever figure it out.
