I am wondering if the WON is going to give me $200 - $300K to caulk my house?

... could dominate over manmade global warming for the next few decades.

What a hollow farce Anthropogenic Global Warming is.

And yet observe how scientists must acknowledge Baal even as they explain why he isn't setting fire to the pyre today.

Why don’t scientists stick with trying to get the 5 day weather forecast right more often than make silly predictions like these?

It sure does amaze me when so called “scientists” can predict the weather over 30 years, but cannot accurately forEcast the amount and intensity of Hurricanes over a ONE YEAR PERIOD.

From Miami to Maine, Savannah to Seattle

While I agree that the U.S. and most of the rest of the world seem to be in the grips of a truly awful winter, Seattle has an El Nino off the coast and we are having mild temperatures. It is raining heavily today, but, hey, that is winter in Seattle.

I’ve been noticing, its been colder in Florida than it has been in Denver.

Cold snaps happen occasionally, of course, but this one is amusing since the Stupids have tried to politicize the weather, of all things.

Oh my gosh, its hot. We need to elect more corrupt socialists into office. No, wait, its colder than all get out. We need to elect more corrupt socialists into office. These people are a broken record; if the sun comes up in the morning or it fails to come up in the morning, the answer is more corrupt socialists voted into office.

OK, so if carbon emissions can cause global warming, does that mean we can potentially stave off global cooling by producing MORE CO2?

likely the reason is there is not enough carbon dioxide because plants are converting it to oxygen. </s>

From Miami to Maine, Savannah to Seattle, America is caught in an icy grip

Not true. This weekend was almost shirt-sleeve weather in Seattle's Eastside. It's generally been a relatively warm winter with no snow at all.

Alternately, we could be at the end of the current interglacial where we can optimistically expect temperatures to drop by 6° ~ 10°C in 20 years and stay that way for 100,000 years.

Can you say food wars?

-- a mini ice age, he calls it, basing his theory on an analysis of natural cycles in water temperatures in the world's oceans.

And here we go again............

I don't buy this crap any more than the glowbull warming.

The orange ball in the sky has everything to do with the weather and it is it that has cycles. We know a great deal about them, but there is so much more to be found out and as we learn more, these weather BS scenarios will be trashcanned.

Latif, a professor at the Leibniz Institute at Germany's Kiel University and an author of the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, believes the lengthy cold weather is merely a pause -- a 30-years-long blip -- in the larger cycle of global warming, which postulates that temperatures will rise rapidly over the coming years.

IOW, yes it is clear that things are getting colder, but you still need to submit to our control scheme. I see the professor knows where his bread is buttered.
