Schumer Pulls 'Tea-Bagger' Card on GOP Candidate Brown
New York Sen. Charles Schumer, who famously hammered then-Sen. Alfonse D'Amato for calling him a "putz-head" in their hot 1998 campaign, was accused Thursday of stepping into the gutter himself after he sent out a fundraising e-mail in which he called Massachusetts Republican Senate candidate Scott Brown a "far-right tea-bagger."

The two-term Democrat, in accusing Brown of being aligned with the conservative "tea party" movement, used a term that every tea party critic knows refers to a sexual act.

As soon as Schumer comes out against Brown (and I don’t live in MA), I gotta believe that Brown is worth voting for. Schumer is a the biggest POS out there. he’s the poster child for assisted suicide.

And Brown isn’t even anti-abortion — or much familiar with Tea Parties, other than in a very general sense.
What does that make Sens. Inhofe, DeMint, Coburn, Crapo, Kyl, et al.?
Schumer is well past the danger line of personally insulting his own Senate colleagues, which, for any member NOT in the majority, would be grounds for censure.
Plus, as others have noted, the hypocrisy of his use of “teabagger” is astonishing, given his exploitation of an extremely minor playground insult (”putzhead”) by his first opponent, Sen. Alphonse D’Amato, in 1998. So “putzhead” is out, yet “tea-bagger,” with its obviously-well-known-to-Schumer sexual connotation, is fine.
I guess Schumer doesn’t have to worry about the rules.

“Mr Schummer should pick up an history book. He would learn that “Tea Party” is an historical reference to protests against an overbearing government. “Tea bagger” the term Chuck prefers refers to a gay sex act. Something Chuck is probably more familiar with.”

Every DemonRat of any note, right down the line, has come out with their own brand of vitriol against Scott Brown in the last 48 hours. While he has stayed above the fray. I hope people 'round here take notice of who's doing the hatin' and vote accordingly.
