As far as I know, the Senate establishes its own rules. And it only takes a majority vote to make or change a rule. Reid & Co can do whatever they wish (within reason), but it will come with a high price. Likewise, when and if the people get pissed enough to throw the bums out and give the Republicans the majority, they can make them eat sand. If they have the balls.

The problem is that when someone busts a cap on one of these traitors, Obama is gonna implement martial law. He’ll start passing Executive Orders left and right and effectively make himself a dictator. For the world of me, I don’t know why some people can’t see this coming.
