Kinda tough for anybody to see those last-minute attack ads with no electricity . . .
UPDATE: A local reacts:
I know to the rest of the country this sounds like a big deal, but here in the Northeast 5-10 inches of snow is just another winter day in New England. My son attends college in Montgomery, AL, and they shut the city down for an inch. I live right in the target area for this storm, and I plan on going to my office tomorrow as normal. The weather may be something of a factor, but only for those who arent energized. I think this can only benefit Brown.
One last comment, as a lifelong Red Sox fan. I feel the same way with this election as I did in 2004 for the World Series. I am too afraid to get my hopes up because I have had a lifetime of disappointment without any real political representation in Washington. I take some pride in saying that in my nearly 30 years of voting I have never voted for someone who has won statewide in Massachusetts (including for the relatively liberal Republican governors), but I feel like this may be the first time in my life where my vote matters. Im hoping for the same thrill of victory as in 2004. Beating Obamacare would be just as big a miracle as sweeping the Yankees after being down 3 games to none.

The most conservative part of the state, south of Boston along the cape, seem spared.
This weather may indeed further depress turnout for the less motivated dems. At the least it should reduce the ACORN buses as they navigate slushy streets.
Divine intervention?!
“Divine intervention?!”
We’ll find out Wednesday.
Without a doubt! Praise the Lord!
You Betcha.
God is getting back at libs for worshiping the Earth.
5 to 10 inches? must not be clinton, then.
Motivated voters=Brown voters will make it to the polls.
Coakley voters=lazy liberals who wont leave their houses unless there’s a 40oz Malt or a government check involved aren’t going to go through the snow.
Karl Rove's Weather Machine? Yes.
Heaps of snow mean nothing to broken-glass conservative voters. Scott Brown 2010.

This snow looks like it would be over by Tuesday morning anyway.
It is my understanding that conservatives, and independents love to get out and vote on a snowy day. Liberals, minorities, they hate to have to go to vote on a day where the weather is extremely bad.
Or as Obama says..."thank you, Satan!";-)
Then will be the time for Palin (Todd) to come to the rescue for our side with an army of snow machines.
Beat me to it. With any luck, the idiot Coakley supporters will hole up with a case of Ripple and a carton of smokes.
if they didn’t mind doing things that required effort, they wouldn’t support candidates promising free stuff just for having a pulse
<----------Prepared to crawl naked through three feet of snow and broken glass, and dragging my neighbor with me.
What does such a storm on MONDAY mean for voting on Tuesday?
As a Gulf Coast resident, I don’t know the machinations of day-after snowfall and ice accumulation. Would people still be housebound the next day? Hard to travel?
I hope and pray this depresses turnout in the Birkshires area (where, my travels tell me, the 60’s are alive and well!).
Any insights from locals would be helpful. Thx.
OTOH, it just gives the libtards another lame excuse for a Chokeley loss...
I’m with you.
A direct meteor hit is about all that will keep me from voting on tues.
Yep, long about 10 I’ll go to sleep and wake up about 2 and think, Who won and by how much and get up and check the computer monster.
HOpe we all are a smiling
