IIRC, Murdoch is not to crazy about owning DirecTV, either. I remember him calling it “Turd bird”.Maybe there's some technical or other reason that DirecTV is not a good business deal anymore but I feel better knowing that the guy that owns Fox News has his own satellite distribution system so it can't get blocked internationally by some corrupt corporate takeover.
