Of course they are reversing it now the left has control over most major corporations now for the first time its in their advantage any company that crosses the line will be crushed.

Leftists and commies have dominated the executive levels of corporations for most of the past three decades.

From what I've read, McCain-Feingold was reversed entirely except for some disclosure requirements; it appears that all spending restrictions were invalidated.

You’re welcome, and there are. First, it was only technical men and family-loving women along with quite a few engineers (real ones). Now, investment advisors are in with advising clients to go right around our traitors and straight to foreign investments to protect their assets in the mean time. But get ready for the defaults. The only way to bring out-of-touch business-political-academic families (if you can refer to those as families) down is to squeeze their revenues hard.

BTW, most of the productive work in the lower end of the economy soon will be work done by the unlicensed, and for now, disenfranchised. That’s already begun. Things have been hard for some of us for over 30 years, and the conditions only made us tougher and wiser. The near future will be no time for noses brown from ill gotten revenues.

Also, BTW, be ready for more disgusting elections of the least of choices made by the contemporary elite. That’s part of the real, legitimate and civil rebellion toward needed defaults—the only way to stop the madness and rebuild. It’s safer to elect incompetent figureheads for tyrants than competent ones.

Most people on this site dont know what their up against look where we are as a nation.

With all due respect, you are a little bit new here to be expressing that thought. Most of us early joiners were here long before WJC and for the very reasons you express.

It is right that Americans have the desire to be left alone to work their own magic in their and their family’s behalf, without having to worry where the Republic is going today.

Originally that is how the government was set up and generally how it operated even up through the fifties. The ship of state was able to right itself through statesmen and a public interested when it mattered.

Times do change and the Republic has been turned into a quasi democratic dictatorship, or left leaning upside down pyramid with those at the top believing they control those at the bottom. When it mattered, Tuesday, the people rose to the occasion and took time off from demanding responsibilities to make their voices heard.

Man should be able to spend his time and effort in his behalf without overriding concern for his freedom and liberty. His government should see to it and nothing more. The Constitution, should see that government sees to its business. Sometimes as in NOW, government has gotten lost, due to the unlawful demands of an uneducated, and ignorant class of people.

Those are the ones you speak of as the generations that need education. I need to leave NOW for work, so this is an unfinished missile. I’ll send it anyway for future discussion.

Is this for real? McCain/Feingold thrown out?

In essence, yes. (Technically, the bill is the "Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002"  or BCRA.)

The only provision left standing is the reporting one -- identifying who is paying for political advertising, for instance. Which is fine, IMO.

The SCOTUS wanted to hear this case -- it requested the briefs from Citizens United and the FEC.

State power is for little people to obey. Amongst the elite, it is always in the clubhouse rules.

What part of “Congress shall make NO law” don’t you understand?

(Not to mention that it is your observation that the masses are unable to learn. IE, stupid people, uneducated people can not comprehend that a Mercedes is better than a Yugo. Which if is true, then democracy is a delusion and we should just have an elite rule. Kings, commissars, ect.)

How about that? The SCOTUS overturns the SCOTUS, noting that it’s wrong to threaten to use guns and prison for political speech.
I can think of lots of non profits that will benefit from any lessening of the threat of federal prosecution. And, good-bye 60 day limit!

The enemies of the idea of a limited Republic were right there at it’s birth. Hamilton for instance.

The enemy of the people are not the masses, it is the symbol manipulating, imagine manipulating, word, image, sound, law and letters manipulating elite.

They are the enemy, well now supported by countless wealthy, rent and favor seeking greedheads. Buffet, Soros, unions, Lawyers, planners of all types, farmers, manufactures....in these days, basically everyone.

Stevens, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, and Breyer dissent.

It is a good sign.
