Ahh ... the defense is just trying to smear Leo and Steve Pidgeon. How typical. The joke is this whole deal was to pretty much import Fiats and close down Chrysler dealerships. The only real way Chrysler could have survived is deep concessions from the union.
The market has already passed GM and Chrysler by. It is over. The only way they could have been saved was cost cutting, deep concessions and bankruptcy.

I’ve contended for more than a year that the birthers were succeeding only in marginalizing themselves and everyone who touched them, while inoculating Obama against scrutiny for other things.
Check.
“Update: Lead Plaintiff James Anderer is set to be on the CBS Evening News this evening and on Fox with Neil Cavuto on Monday.”
From Donofrio’s NBC blog:
“The Law Offices of Pidgeon & Donofrio now represent 76 former Chrysler Dealers. The number is up from 21 at the time we first filed the Motion.”
It would appear that the attorneys representing the additional 50+ Chrysler dealers who have joined the case since the filing have been impressed with the strength of Donofrio and Pidgeon's arguments! The defense is “pounding the table” as it can't argue the law! That really is a great sign for Donofrio.
Any news on quo warranto filing in DC?
