Nobody who voted against it before will come on board

Except that we don't know how many Rats from moderate or conservative districts Pelosi and the Rat machine allowed to vote "no" last time because they were able to pass it without actually needing those votes.

Obama and Soros can find ways to pay people off who may lose their seats over this vote.

Markey of Colorodo is one, for example. But if she votes yes after having voted no, just to end up with the same thing she voted on no, before, then she is for certain gone in November, after only one term.

I don't think theres a payoff that's gonna help soothe the humiliation of that kind of backtrack, but I suppose Pelosi/Soros can try it out. In addition, what if the Senate refuses to go along? Taxing higher earners for example is going to have a hard time getting 51 votes in the Senate. Maybe they'll just leave the idiot house members out on a limb? That will leave a mark, for sure.
