Regardless, This is an example of a man who can not give a reasonable address of Any kind without the aid of a teleprompter. This speech was five minutes and contained almost NO technical information. He should have been able to give this speech with 1 3”X5” card. The fact that he needs a telepromptor and a written speech shows how detached from his own policies that this moron is.

The pix in that thread appear to be taken in two different classrooms:

1. A carpeted one with TOTUS set up and an improvised Obama logo taped to the floor, but no kids (only media?).
2. A room with no carpet, no TOTUS, Obama, Duncan, and a bunch of kids, with the media in the back and to one side.

So, the question is, were kids in the audience for the TOTUS speech? Probably not. Otherwise, his joke about the audience looking cute would not have been funny.
