GWB did 3 things right, Roberts, Tax Cuts and the war on Terror. Those are not small accomplishments by any means, but he could have done a lot better overall.+1 (though I would throw Alito into that list as well).

Let's not forget he "had a little help from his friends" on the SC nominations. Let's not forget his first choice was that intellectual giant, Harriet Myers.
