I stopped going to google (except as a last resort) in July of 2009, when I watched in horror as they systematically nuked half a million hits on image searches for “obama birth certificate”.

It took them three days to make them go down the memory hole. They were willing to put in a LOT of effort to be biased.

I use Bing first now.

FRiend, is there any search engine as good as the way google used to be?

I just tried Bing with “certifigate”. It auto-corrected to “certifiCate”. Nor did I see any advanced options.

I just tried another experiment with Bing [as opposed to google]:

Obama’s birth certificate freerepublic.com browse pings.

Only 10 results. Of that, only 3 were from our forum.
