He will try to throw money into the economy to create lots of temporary jobs just in time for his election. He has lots of pretend money just waiting for him to do this. A trillion in tarp pay backs, stimulus money not yet spent and money from new a new stimulus package are just waiting for him to use to try to get reelected. All this money of course doesn't exist but is to be borrowed. Tarp money is borrowed money that is being paid for but they want to get their hands on that pretend money too.
