It is like Glenn Beck said. The Dems have a super majority in both Houses so it really doesn’t matter if they show up or not. It’s the Progressives fighting against the Democrats that is preventing the One from getting his way. Yet he keeps demonizing the Republicans as blocking him from achieving his goals of fundamentally changing the Republic.
This is exactly what he is doing. As Glenn showed last night, the Republicans are irrelevant to his plans. They can state their positions but they can do nothing to stop him. His problem is with those who are not his “progressive friends”. But he attacks the Rs to try to make the people think they are the ones that are messing up his program.
