VOA News ^ | February 1, 2010 | Paula Wolfson

U.S. President Barack Obama has sent a $3.8 trillion budget request to Congress for the fiscal year that begins on October first. It is the first step in what is expected to be a long, contentious budget process.

President Obama is walking a fine line in his 2011 budget. He is seeking $100 billion to tackle unemployment, while moving to trim the federal budget deficit.

"It is time to hold Washington to the same standard families and businesses hold themselves. It is time to save what we can and what we must and live within our means once again," he said.

But the Obamunist is certainly NOT living within his means, is he?

The ballooning budget deficit would be set to explode any moment too soon.

Don’t worry, they raised the debt ceiling. No problem.

So what was the name of that Germanic mercenary who contributed to the final destruction of Roman civilization, then set himself up as ruler...the moment some argue marks the beginning of the Dark Ages? Hmmm...he ran roughshod over established order, plundered its remaining wealth, then purported to be a legitimate leader. It’s on the tip of my tongue...starts with “O”.

His Budget reminds me of three of my favorite articles of all time Here Here and Here,

If only all Americans were required to read these before the election.

My favorite quotes from them: "And as Cloward and Piven made clear, the true purpose is not even to help those groups, (welfare, voting, housing and immigration) but rather to duplicitously enlist them as part of an offensive to collapse our society from within!" Great . . "The"Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse." Sound familiar? . . Alinsky: "The system's failure to "live up" to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist "rule book" with a socialist one." . . and the topper: "To achieve their revolutionary change, Cloward and Piven sought to use a cadre of aggressive organizers helped by friendly news media to force a re-distribution of the nation's wealth." Gee, I thought he was just a community organizer. . . uh, er, No, now he's the POTUS!

Oh, and the election results foretold: "ACORN is being cited once again for widespread voter fraud in 15 states. Given ACORN’s boast of registering 1.5 million new voters this year, it is possible this election (Nov 2008) could be decided by fraudulent votes.

And now he is running the country and doing the above as fast as he can. . .

Cut it in HALF and work it from there (downwards). No one has any trust in oBama, so we all need to keep the pressure on this rookie “administration” until they get it close to right.

Spending $3,800,000,000,000.00 is living within your means only if you have $3,800,000,000,000.00 to spend. I’m guessing he doesn’t have that much in his stash. Either he’s going to tax us to death to raise the cash or he’s lying about the living within our means thing.

Or both.
