Tim Tebow the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback who will appear in a pro-life ad during the Super Bowl will attend the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, his agent tells POLITICO.
Asked if Tebow will speak at the breakfast, his agent, Susan Vanderlinde, said, Yes, I believe he is.
President Obama and several lawmakers plan to attend the breakfast.
Tebow, who just finished his last football season at the University of Florida, has crossed over from sports to politics and religion: He will appear in an ad paid for by the conservative Christian group, Focus on the Family, during the Super Bowl.
In the ad, Tebow is expected to tell the story about how his mother refused to have an abortion, even after doctors urged her to do so when she became sick following a mission trip to the Philippines.
Tebow who won the Heisman Trophy in 2007 and led his team to two BCS championships has been known to write biblical passages in his eye paint before games.
Ya gotta wonder how these creatures of this current administration have completely sold their souls?
Maybe that's where they should be after all.
Where is it going to be held?
United Negro College fund was the only thing mentioned at the time. UNCF is not a bad fund, I`m just saying why nothing to World Vision etc, or a Christian org that shares the Gospel in some way.
Answer...because he is a phony!
It’s on LIVE now on C-SPAN.
Admiral Mullen speaking now.
He acknowledges Obama, Michelle, Biden and Hillary by name.
Tim Tebow is seated next to Mullen.
Thanks! Listening to it now. I saw your reply at 8:30. Hope I didn’t miss Tebow. Surprised to see the -O there.
UGH. Hillary is the keynote speaker...
I must have missed Tim Tebow’s speech and prayer. :(
I think we might have missed hearing Tim.

:(
I was watching C-SPAN for a good 15 minutes before I came to the computer. I saw Johnny Isackson, the senator from Georgia, Orin Hatch, the Spanish president and one other before Mullen and the lovely singer.
I so wanted to hear and see Tim Tebow.
2 uber-leftist keynoters at the Prayer Breakfast?
Keynote speaker Hillary, gave a magnificent ‘campaign’ speech about herself -— yes, I think she’s planning a run (take note, Obama) and lo and behold, she managed to leave the stage without so much as one little prayer!
Obama is talking about prayer now and the importance of prayer. I am going to mute him.
Oh boy .. then, if you muted him, you missed
his explosive comment .... saying folks shouldn’t
question his faith .. and then added (off script)
“or for that matter, MY CITIZENSHIP!”
Audience burst into applause. Martha Mc of Fox
highlighted that comment afterward.

DId he actually say that? Is he losing it? Do we need to push a little harder?
His comment about being civil rubbed me the wrong way. I believe he mentioned it more than once. My thought was...sure zero thinks being civil is agreeing with him. He needs to be reminded this Country was not founded on civility. It was founded on the desire to have freedom from tyranny which heavily freedom of worship. The Revolutionary War was not civil. People fought and died for freedom. Period. The man is a smug, arrogant ... piece of work.
Seriously -- did he honestly say any of this???
Nobama, hillary, pelousy...I'm shocked the roof didn't cave in. God must be very busy this morning to have missed this opportunity.
Exactly .. is the speech czar next ???
