According to this there wasn't 10 people who refused to vote. This is from the party's press release here HERE

The press release does not mention people who did not stand to vote or abstained. I know for a fact there were people who did not stand to vote. Doesn’t surprise me at all that they are either lying by omission or just plain lying! The Party ‘leadership’, and I use the term loosely, is pathetic. It’s long overdue for a good housecleaning of the leadership.
