Well someone's going to have to start filling in details sooner or later. We're past the point where Palin or any other candidate can get away with saying "The American people want a balanced budget" and not be expected to provide some details on how they plan to get there. Not necessarily a bad thing if it's applied to candidates from both parties. But I suspect it won't.
