These guys have went in and scooped up some of the bandwidth from the old TV broadcast spectrum and are using it to form up a digital network aimed at the mobile TV market. Right now there is no easy way to watch TeeeeeVeeeeee in your car or when you are away from home. This system should reach anyone that is in reach of your typical cell phone network since they are probably using cell phone towers with similar antennas and transmitters.
